Lord Rama's birthday is well-known as Rama navami

By Hindu calendar we celebrate Rama navami on chatrya sukla navami.

Lord Rama is well-known as elder son of Dasarath among four other sons.

Other three sons of Dasarath are Bharat ,Laxman ,satrughana.

King Dashratha had three wife  kausalya ,
Kaikayi ,sumitra .

Rama is son of Dashratha and kausalya.


Celebration 

This is a great celebration for Hindus . We worship lord Rama and his wife sita on this day.
